While paying a visit to our property off Scenic Hwy. 11 in Pickens County, South Carolina, we stumbled on this new winery and had a great visit. Wines are produced from Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot and Syrah. The 2004 vintage now available is the second year of production. The wines, particularly the whites, were true to their varietals. They showed good style and balance and were impressive for a new venture in the SE US. Here are some views at the winery.
