Day 9 - Laetitia & San Luis Obispo County

At Talley in the a.m.:

Back at Laetitia - Coquard press brought from France by Laetitia's original owner - Deutz, Champagne.  Two of these presses are still used for production of sparkling wine.  The pressed juice flows by gravity to the winery in the adjacent building.
